Studies show that meditation is most beneficial when yoga asana (poses) are done prior. I combine a hatha and yin based class with guided meditation, preparing your body and mind to find a stillness to improve concentration, make you more productive, bounce back during times of high stress and bring optimism and joy back into your life.
